My Life
Where you start doesn't define where you can go.
I'm living proof. First-generation college grad from a low-income background. No connections, no roadmap, no life jacket. Just faith, discipline, and a refusal to believe my zip code was my ceiling.
The turning point wasn't talent. It was exposure. Someone let me into a room I didn't know existed. Someone showed me what was possible. That single shift,seeing a different path and meeting people who'd walked it, changed my life’s trajectory.
Now I'm an Air Force Academy graduate, Wharton MBA, and MBB consultant, but the credentials aren't the point. The point is this: access changes everything. The right conversation. The right people. The right opportunity at the right time.
I didn't get here alone. Faith kept me grounded. My heavy-handed parents taught me discipline and service. And community made the impossible feel inevitable

I met my wife at a Black student government conference when I approached her in the step show ticket line to "network." (She saw right through that, by the way). From two different worlds, we were exactly what the other needed. That conversation turned into us building a life full of laughter, rooted in faith, and committed to serving our people. I believe successful marriages are community assignments, so we’re always looking for married friends to do life with.
Family
My hustle and personality comes from my parents. Two working class high-school sweethearts willing to do anything to give my sister and I the necessities of life. Every day I work for the opportunity to give them a better life before they leave this earth. My family means the world to me, and I’m a product of their prayers and unconditional love.
Education
As a first-generation college graduate, education is the vehicle to explore life’s possibilities. After playing Division 1 football at the Air Force Academy (wild story of how I got there), I earned a Master’s of Public Administration during nights and weekends. I then got my MBA at the Wharton School, where I was peer elected to serve as student body president alongside an amazing team of three.
Professional Career
My entrepreneurial journey started at 11 years old, turning $20 of weekend money into a neighborhood lawn-mowing hustle. My first official job came in the Air Force where I led logistics, HR systems, and emergency operations at Joint Base San Antonio. Later, I joined the space command to serve as the Chief of Staff at Buckley Space Base. Currently, I’m a consultant at Bain and Co, working in the Private Equity Group.
